Glass Ink GL

Satin gloss, fast curing 2-component ink for printing onto glass with very good dishwasher resistance. The resistances of the prints can be further increased by oven baking (140°C/30 min). Beyond the substrates glass and ceramics, GL provides outstanding adhesion also on many metals such as chromed parts as well as coated substrates.

Maralox LX

This modern 1-component ink system is ideally suited for varnished substrates, numerous plastics, as well as some metals. Thanks to its excellent printability, high opacity, and high gloss, Maralox LX is especially suited for the printing of lacquered miniature cars. Besides that, its very good ink transfer and adhesion properties give the possibility to use this 1-component ink for prints where up to today 2-component systems were necessarily to be used.

Maraprop PP

Satin gloss, quick-drying one-component ink with a very flexible ink film and good adhesion properties. Especially developed for untreated and pre-treated polypropylene materials. Untreated and pre-treated polypropylene, solid or expanded panel material, packaging materials, such as Priplak and Akylux, as well as injection-moulded parts in the field of printing on promotional items, marking, and in the field of medical applications.

Tampagraph TPGR

Decisive criteria for the selection of the suitable printing ink are efficiency, a fast realisation time, and an easy handling. Tampagraph TPGR can be used for a very wide substrate range which is typical for the field of promotional goods, for example for polystyrene, ABS, SAN, polycarbonate, acrylics, rigid PVC and, varnished services. By adding hardener H1 or H2 Hardener, Tampagraph TPGR adheres excellently to many other substrates such as thinly anodized aluminium, or some thermosetting plastics.

Tampaplus TPL

Very fast drying and resistant pad printing ink especially for processing in closed cup systems. Versatile and easy to use. To further improve surface stability and other characteristics, hardener can be added. Tampaplus TPL is very universal, particularly on ABS, polystyrene, rigid PVC, acrylic glass, polycarbonate, polyester, thermosetting plastics and varnished surfaces. Tampastar TPR

This glossy pad printing ink is distinguished by particularly high resistance. Being a one-component ink, it is very quick-drying and easy to process. To raise surface stability or other stabilities, hardener can be added. This pad printing ink can be widely used. On rigid PVC, polystyrene, ABS, acrylic glass, polyester, thermosetting plastics and varnished surfaces. Because of its high resistance, it can also be employed for products subject to high mechanical stress, the effects of hand perspiration or cleaning agents, such as control knobs, camera housings etc. Under certain circumstances, this ink also is suitable for polyacetal materials.

Tampatech TPT

High-gloss, quick-curing two-component ink, very universal use, with a long pot life. For high-demand adhesion, scratch resistance and chemical resistance in technical and decorative applications. ABS, pre-treated polyethylene and polypropylene, polyamide, thermosetting plastics, metals including thinly anodised aluminium, but also varnished surfaces and powder-coated surfaces. Under certain circumstances also suitable for polyacetal materials, such as Hostaform C or Delrin.

Tampapur TPU

High-gloss, quick-curing two-component ink for high-demand adhesion, scratch resistance, mechanical and chemical resistance. By using a matting paste, the degree of gloss can be varied. Materials that are difficult to print on, such as pre-treated polyethylene and polypropylene, thermosetting plastics, metals and varnished surfaces, but also polyurethane, polyamide, melamine resins, powder-coated surfaces and suchlike. Can also be used for polyacetal under certain circumstances.

Tampapol TPY

Tampacure TPC (UV drying)

This UV-curable pad printing ink is particularly suited for printing and decorating such products which are immediately to be post-processed and are requiring excellent mechanical and chemical resistances. Tampacure TPC is mainly used on ABS, rigid PVC, some polycarbonate (PC) but also on polystyrene (PS), and acrylic materials (PMMA). By adding Hardener H 2, a good adhesion can also be achieved on many other substrates such as pre-treated polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), as well as polyamide (PA), and varnished surfaces. Tampacure TPC is high-glossy and has a high opacity.

T- 25 Ink Series

This glossy, physically drying pad printing ink exhibits good mechanical and chemical resistance. The inks of T-25 are light fast, weather resistant and guarantee high oapacity.

Usage Instructions:

Add 20% 100-VR-1260 Adhesion Modifier prior to printing
Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 100-VR-1370 Thinner
Screen Printing: Add 15 - 20% 100-VR-1379 Retarder
Curing: Air dry within 1 hour or exposure to heat at 180 degrees F for 5 minutes

*May be ordered with the Adhesion Modifier pre-mixed since the pot-life is not diminished when added. When the AM has been added at the factory, the part number on the can will have the letters "AM" included.


T- 40 Ink Series

The new T40 Series of one and two component inks has been designed for universal use. Free from cyclohexanone and aromatic compounds, it offers excellent chemical and mechanical resistance as well as high elasticity. The formulation of the new series takes into account the latest demands placed on modern, eco-friendly and technically exacting printing inks.

Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 100-VR-1279 Thinner (When using as 2-component add 10% 100-VR-1420 Hardener)

10-KK Ink Series

High-gloss, two-component screen printing ink for printing pretreated polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene), polyamide, polycarbonate, thermosets, glass, metal, wood, ceramics and other hard materials. Very smooth flow, good permanent flexibility and rapid touch/complete drying are the key properties of these physically drying, reactive-curing inks. Ink series 10 KK is resistant to oils, fats, alcohol, wetting agents, acids, weak alkalis and most solvents. It is not resistant to phenol-containing fill products.

Usage Instructions for Glass/Ceramics/Metals:

Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 35696 Thinner and 20% 100-VR-1286 Hardener

110-GE Ink Series

One component ink for screen and pad printing on glass and ceramics as well as metal and thermosets. This glossy, physically drying and chemical reactive screen printing ink exhibits very good mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as a good flexibility. The final oven curing is required for the chemical hardening process and assumption for the above mentioned resistance.

Usage Instructions:

Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 35696 Thinner and 5% 100-VR-1294 Adhesion Modifier
Screen Printing: Add 15 - 20% #11 Retarder and 5% 100-VR-1294 Adhesion Modifier
Curing: Heat at 300°F for 15 minutes for glass, ceramics; for metals, 200°F for 5 - 7 minutes is recommended.

*When the 100-VR-1294 Adhesion Modifier is added to the ink the pot life is approximately 36-48 hours.

*Please allow 24 hours for complete post-cure.


110-ZK Ink Series

For metal substrates. High gloss, flexibility and opacity. Excellent flow. Physically drying, chemically-reactive hardening.

Usage Instructions:

Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 38571 Thinnerand 50% FL-1484 Hardener
Screen Printing: Add 15 - 20% #11 Retarder and 50% FL-1484 Hardener
Curing: Heat at 300°F for 15 minutes

180-PE Ink Series

Universally suitable, glossy one- or two-component screen printing ink for printing pretreated polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene), unplasticized PVC, polystyrene, ABS, acrylic sheet, polycarbonate, polyurethane, polyamide and metal. Rapid drying, optimum printability and good blocking and impact resistance are the key properties of these physically drying, reactive-curing inks. Ink series 180 PE is resistant to oils, fats, alcohol, wetting agents and solvents.

Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 35696 Thinner and 5% 100-VR-1294 Adhesion Modifier

31-VC Ink Series

For pad and screenprinting PVC and other flexible substrates. High opacity. Excellent flow.

Screen Printing: Add 15 - 20% #11 Retarder
Curing: Air dry within 1 hour or Heat at 150°F for 2-3 min.

Usage Instructions for Stress Balls:

Curing: Air dry within 1 hour or heat at 150°F for 2-3 min.

*When ordering ink for printing stress balls please specify the special "SP" formulation with specific additive for better adhesion to highly plasticized materials.


380-DD Ink Series

Versatile two component ink for screen printing on acrylic glass, lacquered surfaces, metal, pre-treated polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). This glossy, physically drying and chemical reactive screen printing ink exhibits very high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as a good flexibility. The color shades of 380 DD are weather resistant and guarantee high opacity. A special product test is recommended prior to production.

450-JK Ink Series

Universally suitable, glossy, one-component screen printing ink for printing unplasticized and plasticized PVC, ABS, acrylic sheet, polystyrene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyester, paper and cardboard. Good abrasion, blocking, cutting and punching resistance as well as stacking and thermoforming resistance are the key properties of these physically drying inks. Ink series 450 JK is lightfast, weatherproof and resistant to oils, fats and alcohol.

Pad Printing: Add 15 - 20% 38472 Thinner
Screen Printing: Add 15 - 20% #11 Retarder
Curing: Air dry within 1 hour, or heat at 175°F for 5 minutes

700-ST Ink Series

High-gloss, two-component screen printing ink for printing pretreated polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene), unplasticized PVC, PET and other plastic containers. Rapid drying, very good printability and good blocking and impact resistance are the key properties of these physically drying, reactive-curing inks. Ink series 700 ST is resistant to oils, fats, alcohol, wetting agents and solvents but has limited resistance to alcohol-containing fill products.
