AutoTran, Inc. offers technical service and support for all pad printing applications and equipment. Since both the AutoTransfer Series and the AutoPrint Series boast the highest quality, there is little need for hands on service. However, there is no substitute for knowing you will have top-notch support and experience on the other end of the phone anytime you need it. AutoTran also offers training and technical expertise to owners and operators of all pad printing equipment. In many cases AutoTran has retrofitted other types of pad printing equipment as well. If you have a competitor’s equipment we will certainly offer you our technical services as well as do all we can to make sure you are running at the highest capacity.

Whether you have a simple pad printing application or a very difficult problem AutoTran, Inc. is available to offer you first-class technical expertise.
AutoTran, Inc. will help you determine the appropriate print pads, print plates and printing inks for your application. One size does not fit all, and with over 27 years of experience on your side AutoTran will be there to solve your problems so that you can produce your products with efficiency and quality. Sample Production and Commercial Decorating


AutoTran, Inc. is not in the business of commercial decorating, we leave that up to our customers. We make it a point of our business strategy not to be in competition with our customers and clients. However, AutoTran does offer sample production services and we will always help you with initial runs of commercial decorating to help you get your business up and running. In many cases for your commercial decorating needs we can recommend one of our customers or partners to assist you. With tremendous experience at your disposal, we can successfully produce your sample runs and help you establish a method for production of any new application. AutoTran, Inc. is the industry expert and there is no replacement for experience and knowledge.


Repair Service and Training


AutoTran Inc. has over 27 years of experience building and servicing pad printing equipment. AutoTran’s engineers, technicians, staff and strategic partners are the most educated and experienced people in the pad printing industry. Any problems with your AutoTran pad printer can be fixed quickly and effectively. The customer always has the choice to ship their equipment back to AutoTran for rework or have their equipment worked on at their facility. Also in most cases AutoTran can solve your problem via phone with you doing the work to keep your costing down. There is never a charge for telephone customer support at AutoTran, Inc.

AutoTran will assist you in modernizing your old equipment or retrofit your equipment with auxiliary equipment and automation whenever necessary. Many models of AutoTran pad printing equipment are built with the ability to upgrade later on down the line. The philosophy is to start small and the machine will grow with your company. If you start with a single color machine, the changeover to a multicolor in many cases is simply done. Please ask about these options prior to purchase if they are not explained.
