and sizes. Some of the standard shapes are (1) cone, (2) modified
cone, (3) rooftop, (4) modified rooftop.

AutoFlex
General Purpose Pads |
Generally, the pad with the
steepest angle, the hardest durometer, and the greatest mass will generate
the best print quality. The pad should be at least 20-30% larger than maximum
image size required. Pad recommendations are readily available from our
Technical Service Department; send the image size and location and sample
of the substrate. |

| Choose
Base Mounting System |
AutoFlex pads can be mounted to a variety of base materials including
phenolic, aluminum and wood. The standard AutoFlex pad base is cabinet
grade plywood. Three standard machine mounting systems are utilized.
A mount bases - 5/8" in height, and includes
a centrally located 3/8" - 16 t-nut for machine mounting.
T mount bases - 3/8" in height predrilled with
a three hole pattern for machine mounting with wood screws.
M mount bases - 1/4" Aluminum with 10-32 tap.
S mount bases - Supplied by customer.
P mount
